  • 1 teaspoon rum essence
  • Furthermore:
  • 2-3 teaspoons of rose jam

Melt, in separate bowls, in a bain marie, white chocolate and dark chocolate. When they are fluid, with the help of a brush we line the walls of the silicone muffin tins with a layer of chocolate. Remove the chocolate baskets from the silicone molds and fill them with creams with a two-star posh. We put the white cream in the black baskets and the black cream in the white baskets. Above the creams we drip a little rose jam for an extra color, but also for taste. We give the delicious Duo Baskets with chocolate and cold rose jam until serving time.

Rose syrup

I took full advantage of the abundance of rose flowers to make this wonderful syrup with a special fragrance.


Ingredient:
500gr rose petals, 2l water, 2kg sugar, 2 teaspoons lemon salt, 1 teaspoon salicylate.


Preparation:
The water is boiled and when it starts to boil, add the trnadafiri petals. Let it boil for 3-4 min. then strain. The water will have a brown-green color.
Add the lemon salt, at which point the water will acquire a beautiful red color. Add the sugar and bring to the boil. Add 1 kg of sugar to 1 liter of liquid. Boil until it thickens and is quite bound. a sweet and thick syrup. The salicylate is dissolved in a little water and poured into the syrup. Let it boil for another 2-3 minutes and stop the fire.
Pour hot into airtight bottles.
Serve diluted with plain or mineral water and ice cubes.

Rose petal jam

Also called Boule de neige, it is a simple and easy dessert to make. It is strongly aromatic and sweet, which children especially like.

I have long set out to make roses out of chocolate plasticine, about 2-3 years ago, since I saw them on the culinar.ro forum.
The other day I saw Dorina's recipe again, and I wanted to make something special, a cake for my birthday, so I set to work.

450g household chocolate,
180 ml Pandbee energizer.

I bought a large 1kg chocolate bar, with 10% cocoa, for only 9.5 ron (Euro / Lipovei).

The chocolate is broken into pieces and melted on a steam bath.

When it has completely melted, add the energizer

and stir vigorously until the chocolate comes off the edges of the bowl.

A jar of Pandbee energizer costs 3.3. ron and I bought it from a shopping center in Timisoara (Euro / Lipovei).
The composition turns into a paste on the date. caramels.

If there is fat left from the chocolate, drain it and throw it away!

The resulting plasticine is placed in a transparent foil and kept in a dry and cool place for 24 hours. I didn't put it in the fridge at all, because it hardens a lot, I left it on the balcony, and before working with it, I left it in the kitchen for an hour.
