  1. Ham 250 gr.
  2. Cream cheese 2 pcs. (200 gr.)
  3. Pickled cucumbers 2 pcs.
  4. Pickled mushrooms 250 gr.
  5. Eggs 3 pcs.
  6. Potato 2 pcs.
  7. 1 carrot
  8. Onion 1 pc.
  9. Mayonnaise 2-3 tbsp
  10. Salt to taste
  11. black pepper to taste

2 boiled potatoes, weighing 350 gr., 1 medium carrot and 3 eggs. Peel and cut them into small cubes. I also cut the ham, pickled cucumbers and cream cheese into a cube. I cut the red onion into quarters and pour boiling water for 10 minutes to remove the bitterness, then drain the water and the onion is ready to eat.

Salad can be collected in layers on a dish or mixed in a bowl and nicely served. This time I will do so, mix all the prepared ingredients in a bowl, salt to taste, season with mayonnaise and mix.

I put on the plate a detachable baking dish without a bottom. Fill with salad, condense and level. Immediately remove the form. I put pickled mushrooms in the center, leaving the edge free. Dill finely chop and sprinkle around the mushrooms.
