1. I send eggs, sugar, cream 33%, melted butter and zest of three lemons to the bowl. I mix everything with a whisk as it should, but do not whisk.

2. Sift flour into another bowl, add salt and baking powder. Partially add flour to the egg mass so that there are no lumps. I mix with a whisk.

3. Pour the dough into a mold covered with parchment, and bake for 1 hour 10 minutes in an oven heated to 180 degrees. I’m ready to take it out, and while it cools down on the wire rack, I prepare the icing - I mix the icing sugar with lemon juice and slightly warm it on the stove. Cover the cupcake. I put it back in the oven for just a couple of minutes to make the icing transparent. The cupcake is ready! Very simple and incredibly tasty!
