- Strawberries 12-15 pcs.
- Egg 1 pc.
- Sour cream 1 tsp

Step 1: prepare the batter.
Mix the egg with sour cream, vanilla sugar and flour. It should be a thick batter.
Rinse the strawberries with ponytails, then dip in towels to remove excess moisture, at the same time tear off the ponytails.
Dip the berries in a batter and carefully turn them over with forks. Be careful not to crush the berries by accident.
Step 2: fry the strawberries in batter.
Heat vegetable oil in a pan (there should be a lot of oil, about 5 cm from the bottom). Dip the strawberry-coated strawberries in hot oil and fry, gently turning. Fry in batches of 2-4 berries to keep track of them.
After frying, briefly lay the berries on paper towels to remove excess fat.
Step 3: serve the strawberries in batter.
Strawberries in batter served hot. It goes well with condensed milk and ice cream.
