Ingredients

  1. Pita 1 sheet
  2. Minced meat 200 gr.
  3. Onion 1 pc.
  4. Eggs 1 pc.
  5. Sweet Paprika 1 tsp
  6. Provencal herbs 1/5 tsp
  7. Salt to taste
  8. Black pepper to taste
  9. Vegetables, greens, cheese, feta cheese, eggs to taste

Cooking:


Cut circles from the sheet of pita bread, according to the diameter of the pan. You can buy ready-made round pita bread.

To the minced meat (any meat) add chopped onion, egg, sweet paprika, salt, pepper, spices. Mix.

Lubricate the pita leaf with the resulting mincemeat with a thick, even layer.

Fry in a pan, over moderate heat, minced down, on one side and under a closed lid. Fold in a pile with a lid to keep the cakes soft.

Thus, fry all the cakes.

You can wrap your favorite vegetables, cheese, cheese, boiled eggs in a ready-made pita bread with minced meat, season with sour cream, natural yogurt or sprinkle with vegetable oil, it all depends on your taste preferences and imagination. Depending on the type of meat, spices and filling the finished pita, each time you can get a new version of the dish!

I used a leaf of lettuce, finely chopped cabbage, carrots, green onions, a little salt and curled.
