Baked Pepper Diet Sauce (Lenten)


  1. bell pepper 3 pieces
  2. almonds 10 g
  3. shallots 1 piece
  4. garlic 2 cloves
  5. vinegar 1 tbsp
  6. olive oil 2 tbsp
  7. salt to taste

Bell peppers cut lengthwise and clear of seeds. Halve the peppers in the oven until soft (about 15 minutes at 200C). Then leave the hot peppers to “sweat” under the film for 20 minutes. Now the skin can be easily removed.

In a blender we mix the flesh of baked peppers, shallots, garlic, almonds, vinegar, salt and olive oil, purified from seeds and peels. The sauce is ready!
