Beer Bread with Herbs and Garlic


  1. Whole wheat flour 3 cups
  2. 4 cloves of garlic
  3. Sugar 3 tbsp
  4. Baking powder 1 tbsp
  5. Salt 1 tsp
  6. Dried rosemary 1 tsp
  7. Dried thyme 1 tsp
  8. Dried oregano 1 tsp
  9. Light beer 1.5 cups
  10. Ghee 4 tbsp
  • Main ingredients: Garlic, Flour, Beer, Sugar


Sift flour, add sugar, salt, baking powder, herbs. Stir. Squeeze the garlic, mix again. Slowly pour the beer into the dough.
Melt the butter. Pour half the oil to the bottom of the baking dish, grease the walls of the mold with a brush. Pour over the remaining oil.
Bake in an oven preheated to 175 degrees for 55-60 minutes. Let cool slightly. Serve with soft cheese (cottage cheese, Adyghe, ricotta).
