Let's start with the peas. Pour boiling water and cook for 5 minutes. Cool down.

Cut a strip of pepper, Chinese cabbage. Peel the carrots. Cut into thin strips. Chop green onions.

For the sauce, grate the ginger and garlic on a grater. We put it in a jar. There is also vegetable oil, soy sauce, water, sesame oil, lime juice and salt. Mix well.

Grind nuts in a blender (I’ve previously washed and dried in the oven).

Mix all the ingredients. You can let it stand for a little so that the tastes mix.
