Apples in batter


  1. Apples 2 pcs.
  2. Milk 70 ml
  3. Flour 1 cup (200 ml)
  4. Eggs 1 pc.
  5. Salt 0.5 tsp
  6. Sugar 2 tbsp. l
  7. Baking powder 0.5 tsp
  8. Cinnamon to taste
  9. Powdered sugar to taste
  10. Sunflower oil to taste

Add milk and a teaspoon of sunflower oil to the egg. Beat well with a whisk.

To sugar add salt and baking powder. Mix.

Gradually mix the dry mixture into the liquid without ceasing to whisk.

Next, you need to remove the core from the apples and cut them into rings.

Pour the sunflower oil into the stewpan (cauldron) and warm it well.

Dip each apple ring in batter and fry in oil until golden.

Spread on paper towels to remove excess oil.

Mix powdered sugar with cinnamon and sprinkle apples on top.
