We rub the potatoes along on a grater for Korean carrots. Wash thoroughly in cold water, and preferably in two waters, until the water becomes completely transparent.
Put the potatoes on a paper towel to dry.
In a pan with warmed sunflower oil, spread the potatoes in small portions. Fry until golden brown.
We take out the potatoes and lay them on a paper towel to make the glass butter.
Salt the potato pie before serving, and serve with your favorite sauce.
