  1. Chicken fillet (from breast or chicken goulash) 1
  2. Butter 30 gr.
  3. 1 cup baked milk
  4. Sour cream 2 tbsp
  5. Salt to taste
  6. Ground black pepper to taste

1. Chicken fillet cut into strips, grate with salt and pepper. 2. Melt the butter in a pan. Lightly fry chicken strips. 3. Rub a small form with butter. Spread chicken and add remaining oil. 4. Add sour cream and spices to milk to taste. Add chicken to the mixture. Send the form to the oven for 25-30 minutes at 200 C. A chic sauce and a very tender and juicy chicken are obtained.
