Beef Vegetable Salad


For salad

  1. Cooked Beef 250 grams
  2. Salad mixture with arugula 180 grams
  3. Bulgarian yellow pepper 1 piece
  4. Bulgarian red pepper 1 piece
  5. Cucumber 1 piece
  6. Red onion 1 piece

For toast

  1. White bread 4 slices
  2. Barbecue spices to taste

For refueling

  1. Apple vinegar 4 tablespoons
  2. Vegetable oil 4 tablespoons
  3. Lime honey 2 tablespoons
  4. Salt to taste
  5. Pepper to taste

Step 1: chop the ingredients.

Be sure to cool the boiled beef if you cooked it specially for this salad, then cut into small cubes or thin strips.
Rinse the peppers, peel the seeds and dice them, cut the cucumber and red onions in the same way.
Rinse and dry the salad mixture thoroughly.

Step 2: prepare croutons.
