Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons Chambord or other raspberry liqueur

Recipe Preparation

  • Gently warm brandy in small saucepan over low heat (do not boil). Remove from heat and add chambord or other raspberry liqueur. Divide mixture between two snifters. Serve with fresh raspberries and whipped cream.

Blackcurrant & wine
• 20 ml MONIN Blackcurrant syrup
• 40 ml cranberry juice
• 120 ml white wine
Straight in a glass. Stir.

Baie Rouge
• 30 ml MONIN Blackcurrant syrup
• 50 ml cranberry juice
• soda water
Straight in a glass filled with ice cubes.
Top with soda water.
Dijon royal
• 25 ml MONIN Blackcurrant syrup
• 150 ml champagne
Straight in a glass. Stir.

Berry Grapʼ
• 30 ml MONIN Blackcurrant syrup
• 80 ml grape juice
• 20 ml grapefruit juice
• 10 ml lemon juice
Pour all ingredients in a shaker filled
with ice cubes. Shake vigorously.
Pour into a cocktail glass.

Black jack
• 30 ml MONIN Blackcurrant syrup
• 40 ml gin
• 2 piece lemon
• lemonade
Pour fruit into your glass, muddle with syrup.
Fill with ice cubes. Pour other ingredients
into your glass. Top with lemonade. Stir.

Blackcurrant Virgin Mojito
• 10 ml MONIN Blackcurrant syrup
• 20 ml MONIN Mojito Mint syrup
• 6 mint leaves
• soda water
• 2 pieces of lime
Pour fruit into your glass, muddle with
syrup. Fill with ice cubes. Pour other
ingredients into your glass. Stir.

Black Apple Martini
• 5 ml MONIN Blackcurrant syrup
• 20 ml MONIN Apple syrup
• 35 ml gin
• 20 ml cranberry juice
Pour all ingredients in a shaker filled with ice
cubes. Shake vigorously. Pour into a cocktail
glass.

Cassio
• 15 ml MONIN Blackcurrant syrup
• 15 ml MONIN Green Apple syrup
• 5 ml lemon juice
• 120 ml orange juice
Pour all ingredients in a shaker filled
with ice cubes. Shake vigorously.
Pour into a cocktail glass.

Berry Brandy
• 15 ml MONIN Blackcurrant syrup
• 10 ml MONIN Blackberry syrup
• 50 ml brandy
