A special salad, which I never thought would be so tasty.
If you have vegetarian or fasting guests, they also like it.
- 1 green salad
- 1 red green salad created
- 1 canned corn grain
- 4 tomatoes
- 4 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 lamie -zeama
- 4 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
- 2 tablespoons flax seeds
- 2 tablespoons of my seeds
Preparation time: less than 15 minutes
RECIPE PREPARATION Seed salad:
The seeds are mixed with oil, lemon juice and soy sauce.
The lettuce is washed and drained of water.
Tomatoes are washed and sliced.
Mix all + corn grains drained of juice.
No salt is needed, soy sauce contains enough salt.
The seeds are tasty if you let them soak in time, mixed with oil and lemon juice.
